From more technical expertise to more general user level questions and answers, we have created several support plans that address the various requirements of our clients.
Premier Support
We design customized packages for clients. If there are especially unique or essential support needs that require a variety of expertise, this is covered under Premier Support.
Preferred Support
This support plan is ideal for companies requiring more hands-on technical support for the WingSpread system. This package includes additional value-add consulting services.
Basic Support
Our basic plan is geared for clients with less rigorous support requirements and only need the occasional assistance. This is the plan best suited for most clients.
