Michael Gersten, Vice President of Sales and Channels
Mike’s middle name starts with B, which most people assume stands for Bold. Mike has never been one to shrink from challenge, and coupled with the business background he gained at the University of Michigan and the Wharton School of Business, he has become a voracious networker and the ultimate rainmaker. Despite starting his career at IBM, he was able to quickly develop his sales talents by building major consulting practices at Andersen Consulting and Cambridge Technology Partners. Mike quickly grew as a sales leader, first managing global teams at Computer Associates and bringing $300 million in revenues, and then building Wipro into one of the strongest global outsourcing brands and launching the US practice. Mike realized that it was not enough, so he joined WingSpread with the audacious belief that he could make it the global standard for Human Capital Management and that it could be bigger than Oracle.
When Mike is not on the phone, on the road, or in client meetings, he spends time at his home in New Jersey with his wife and teenage son. As for free time, he simply uses that for more networking and more selling.
